Shipping policy

At SOYSAND, we want to minimize shipping costs as much as possible.  However, due to regional definitions set by major carriers, we can only offer the Flat $5 shipping rate to customers living within the 48 Contiguous States.

US States and Territories outside of the the 48 Contiguous States (Hawaii/Alaska/Territories) require a shipping surcharge based on total order value.

Orders $0-$35 = $10 shipping
Orders $35.01-$70 = $15 shipping
Orders $70.01-$105 = $20 shipping
Etc

Return shipping is free for any returns eligible and approved for the 30-day risk free guarantee program.

Shipping for eligible and approved returns of unused product is the customers responsibility, and we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or opened packages upon arrival at our warehouse.
