Refund policy
Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns, or offer refunds for any opened bags.
That said, any unopened bags ordered online, can be considered for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligible returns must be:
- Unused and unaltered
- In the original packaging
- Return request email must be sent within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Eligible returns should be shipped back within 7 days of the return request confirmation email from Petkinns.
Note: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of unopened bags.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or opened packages upon arrival and receipt at our warehouse.
If packages are received opened or unsellable, it will void the eligibility of the return claim and no refund will be granted.
Refunds will be given on a prorated scale for every unopened bag received, based on the amount paid for each specific order.
All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment once your return has been received and approved.
Please allow 5-7 days from the date your refund is scheduled for processing.
