Who We Are
SOYSAND is tofu cat litter — but not the kind you've seen before.
Every other tofu litter on the market comes in pellets. Cats are picky. Pellets feel nothing like the loose ground material cats look for when they need to do their business, and a lot of them simply won't use it. That's the adoption problem that's held tofu litter back for years...
...and we solved it.
SOYSAND is crushed to look and feel like traditional clay litter — same texture, same digging experience, same familiar feel under your cat's paws. The difference is what's inside: natural soy that neutralizes ammonia at the source through simple acid-base chemistry, with no synthetic fragrances, no harsh chemicals, and no clay strip-mining.
The result? A litter box that doesn't smell like one. We've had strangers at live events sniff a container of litter soaked in real cat urine and describe it as smelling like a cookie. That's not marketing — that's on video.
Where We've Been
SOYSAND launched on the West Coast, and we've built something real here.
We have a strong and growing direct-to-consumer presence through our website, an established footprint with West Coast independent pet retailers, and a loyal subscription customer base that keeps coming back — not because they have to, but because the product works better than anything else they've tried.
We're also live on Chewy — with box-format SKUs that are completely separate from the bag SKUs we bring to retail, so there's no channel conflict with the partners we work with on the ground.
Our customers are health-conscious cat parents who care about what goes in their home and what goes into the environment. They've found us. Now we're ready to scale.
